At Phi Mu, we strive to create a welcoming and empowering space where every member feels at home and has the opportunity to grow into their best self.How to Join Phi MuThere are two ways to join: through Primary Recruitment or Continuous Open Bidding (COB). Primary Recruitment, organized by William & Mary Panhellenic, is the main process for joining in the fall and involves visiting each sorority on campus and one on one conversations with current sisters. COB is a more informal process that takes place throughout the year, depending on available spots. COB is often more relaxed and involves attending events to connect with current sisters.Why Phi Mu?Our chapter is filled with passionate, driven women who support each other in academics, leadership, and personal growth. Whether through philanthropy, sisterhood events, or campus involvement, Phi Mu provides a community that fosters growth throughout college and lifelong friendships New Member ExperienceOur New Member Program helps new sisters transition into Phi Mu through mentorship, sisterhood events, and leadership development. After bid day, pledge classes meet weekly to learn about the chapter, connect with one another, and prepare for initiation. We focus on building strong connections, understanding our values, and making every new member feel confident and supported from day one.
